What is a retreat? Generally speaking, it is a time that is spent apart from the ordinary workings of society, family, work, responsibilities -- a time of rest and reflection. Everyone needs a period to relax and return to an awareness of the spiritual life and the stillness that resides within them.

Our healing retreats are centered around your growth, transformaion and renewal of the Mind, Body and Spirit.

Come and enjoy a wonderful much needed retreat at our luxurious full spectrum spa located minutes from the sunny Gulf Coast sandy white beaches of Treasure Island, FL.


Healing retreats can be arranged from one day spent at the spa or longer more intense days of therapy depending on your desires and needs. There is a wonderful hotel within walking distance from the spa. It is directly on the beach and many of our past guests have throughly enjoyed the stay there while visiting for longer retreats.

We only use pure organic products for all of our body treatments. Upon request facials will also be performed using only pure organic products from a high end product line.
